remove the starter cover whined the spool in the opposite direction that the rope pulls out hold it into place with a knot on one end feed the other end threw and out threw the opening pull it threw and tie on the pull handle

replace the throttle case by the new one

There is a dipstick. DO NOT OVERFILL.

I need the year make and model. This sounds like you just need to adjust the idle screw or clean the carb with some carb cleaner and it should be good to go

yes that's the problem.float level...you remove the float bowl and bend the float until it is at the factory specs.get you a manual and it will tell you the float height.if it says 4/32 you get you a 4/32 drill bit.put *** under the float chamber and bend until the bottom of the float touches the bit.

jj505 has good and bad information.
Honda GX25 is a 4 stroke motor, with oil lubricated crankcase.
Oil drains out the filler.
Oil and gas do not mix on this four stroke.
