Hi, In this please do contact your service provider and inform them that the PIN is blocked and the phone is asking for a PUK code for your SIM card and they would provide you with the information once you help them with the SIM card number located on the SIM card itself.

call to your sim card costumer care and they will give you right pin to crack that pin blocked and you dont have to pay anything for ask to costumer care about your puk code. remember dont put any number which make your sim blocked.

If you cannot remember your PIN code
While the PIN code entering screen is displayed, press RECALL
four times within five seconds. The PIN code will be released
(Blocking Reset status restored)

A PIN is associated with your SIM card, If you are looking for security password please let me know.

As I said, PIN is associated with your SIM card and if you Enter wrong PIN 3 times it will lock the SIM and ask for a PUK (Pin Unlocking) code. A PUK can be easily obtained from your service provider by calling the Customer care without any charge. There is not other way to get a PUK code.

Note: Please do not try to Enter or guess the PUK. It may corrupt your SIM and make it unusable.

if it says sim pin blocked you will need another sim card, go on ebay and get a 5.00 starter kit with IMEI for like 4.50

is this the sim pin if so your provider would better assist you with this.

if it is a unlock code on the phone , you can press the menu key and enter the sec code of 000000 - default code hopefully you can remember the code if you have changed it.

Every PUK code is unique so nobody can tell you your PUK number, but i will tell you what you can do!
1) If you still have your packet that your Sim Card came in, you should find your PUK number in there, if you don't have the packet, please read bellow.

2) You must get a phone that is on the same network as your phone and call the networks Customer Care and ask them for your PUK number, they will ask you for your phone number, then they will tell you your PUK number. Once you have done this, you will be able to reset your Pin number so you will be able to go into your phone again.
