Write down all passwords you remember to have used lately and try them one by one. If that does not help, you only can reset the tablet and reinstall everything from scratch. You will lose all the data and all apps already installed. This time write down the password and keep it somewhere safe. (a place you don't forget)
Often a quick solution to this problem is to simply restore the device to factory settings, however this would mean losing any data stored on the device.
When you will enter your password wrong for 5 times, it will not allow to try againg for 30 seconds. It will show you an option named "forgot password". Click on it. It wll then ask you the email and password of the gmail id you entered to use your phone.
If is is a Windows login password, just reinstall the Operating System and forgo the use of passwords (if you can't remember them). If it is password on boot (before even Windows loads) there is nothing you can do about it, except take it to Fujitsu Certified Service Center to have the password erased.
