HP Officejet 7310 All-in-One makes static-like sounds continually. This is annoying. Also, occasionally it will ''act'' as though it has received a ''print'' command and reset, seemingly for no reason. Thanks for providing a problem solving page for questions such as this. Billie Buckles

Have you checked HP.com for faqs about this problem with your model? Sounds like an electrical problem. Check at hp first.
