Question about CyberLink PowerProducer 2 for PC

2 Answers

Importing video I import a video file that is a about 700MB, but when it is imported Power Producer is telling me it is taking up about 7,000MB. I don't understand the discrepancy and I assume it's why when I go to burn it's not giving me the option, only the option to create a folder or the image... thing (the bottom two, not the first burn to disc option). I've tried erasing the disc (though it's new) just in case, but it tells me it cannot be erased.

Importing HD video on a Mac

mac

hi there

have you tried a different medium to which you transfer the videos? what i mean is a different software of your choice.

have you tried also using a driver which your cam is compatible for your mac? most probable cause that you cant import those videos is that your mac itself does not have the correct drivers for the specific files to be imported to.

hope this helps.

Properties in importing excel table to an access table

This article explains how to import a Microsoft Excel file into Microsoft Access version 2.0 or 7.0. Microsoft Access can import files from Microsoft Excel version 2.0 through version 7.0. However, Microsoft Access cannot import Microsoft Excel 4.0 workbooks (.xlw). This article assumes that the Microsoft Excel file is using standard database formatting. That is:

To import a Microsoft Excel file in Microsoft Access 2.0 loadTOCNode(2, 'moreinformation');
  1. Save the file in Microsoft Excel using standard database formatting listed above. Close the file.
  2. Start Microsoft Access 2.0 and open the database you want to import the Microsoft Excel information into.
  3. On the File menu, click Import. From the Import dialog box, choose the appropriate version of Microsoft Excel that you are importing and click the OK button. Microsoft Excel 7.0 files are not on this list. If you are importing a version 7.0 file, choose the Microsoft Excel 5.0 option.
At this point options such as whether to append to an existing table or create a new table may be selected.
To import a Microsoft Excel file in Microsoft Access 7.0 loadTOCNode(2, 'moreinformation');
  1. Save the file in Microsoft Excel using standard database formatting listed above. Close the file.
  2. Start Microsoft Access 7.0 and open the database you want to import the Microsoft Excel information into.
  3. On the File menu, click Get External Data and then click Import.
  4. From the import dialog box, choose Microsoft Excel (*.xls) for the Files Of Type option.

    This will display only the Microsoft Excel files.
  5. Find the desired file and click the Import button.
The Import Spreadsheet Wizard appears and allows you to choose options specific to the file.

or you just use the link for any problem where you can get details of the importing

Importing Error

The problem is probably the same one i had. After successfully importing videos and pictures from my SD card, Windows 7 started giving me that error. I discovered that it was caused by the fact that I had imported some directly to an external USB hard drive (E:) and had set the default import directory to it (I can't remember if I had done this dileberately, or if W7 remembered it).
Fix: Just before you start the import, click the more options link at the bottom, and change your default folder to the local drive or to an attached external drive, something that exists at the time.
Worked like a charm after that!

Importing Video from camera to WMM

You can always search for a video converter for your camera. As far as I was aware, video files are in a AVI format which should be able to play with quicktime player, VLC media player or even windows media player as long as you have windows codec pack or vista codec pack downloaded.

Converting Jazz files to Mac os

You can plug-in your Jazz using a USB cable. You can have iMovie automatically import the video content into the program itself. However, this can take awhile. The fastest way to transfer the Jazz files is through the use of a card reader for your Secure Digital (SD) card. The importing process will be the same, but at a greater speed.
