My Mitsubishi WS B55 Clicks When I Turn it on Then it Turns Off

Everytime I turn it on I can hear it click and start to power up and then it turns back off. I opened up the back and it looks dusty so I'm going to try to clean it but I need to see if anyone else has had this problem and what I should look at specifically when I'm in there.
