This timer has 1 year limited warranty from Intermatic.
Timer has photo eye for automatic ON at dusk, and has to be turned away from source of light.

4007-41 is 240Volt timer, replace timer with Intermatic T104

3) Crossover wiring from Paragon 4004-71 to Intermatic T104:
Paragon 1 to Intermatic 1
Paragon 2 to Intermatic 2
Paragon 3 to Intermatic 4

Intermatic terminal A is generally not used for 240Volt

You probably have T104 timer.
Clock rotates so power to timer motor is good. This means 240Volt breaker is good.
Use override lever and see if Load (light, fan, motor) turns on and off. If override does not turn Load on-off, then bypass timer and see if load works. Move wires from terminal 2 to terminal 1, and terminals 4 to terminal 3.
Did you order correct trippers?

HB61 timer has a photo-cell switch and automatically turns ON at dusk, and then you set timer for how many hours it will operate before turning off.

I think it means your timer has quit working.
