Run fault codes to determine if O2 sensors are at fault. Check MAF/MAP sensors Replace air filter. Have a pressure test done on the fuel manifold to check for excessive injector pressure. Check injectors are working correctly and that the seal at the tips is good

Sorry, was not available at your time. Since the blue light comes on, this tells me that the hi-beam fuse is good. Go to the pass side headlamp, and, behind it, remove the connector for the inop bulb, and remove the bulb. Examine the filament on the bulb. Is it broken in half? If so, you need two hi-beam bulbs. You can pick up an entire re manufactured axle assembly at your local auto parts store. In order to replace the assembly you will need to disconnect the tie rod end and the ball joint. Remove the spindle nut. Push the axle stub out of the hub. Now with a suitable container under the axle to catch spilled fluid pry the axle from the transmission housing.
