Question about Gateway FPD1530 15" TFT LCD Flat Panel Monitor
The monitor is stuck processing the auto adjustment. This is a problem with the minotr itself only and has nothing to do with your computer having a problem.
Unplug the monitor from everything and then turn it off, let it sit for a few minutes, then turn it on again. There will be a menu button on your monitor, press it and use the arrow keys and the "enter" key (looking like a bent arrow) to find image reset, or it may just say "reset" that will reset the monitor to default. If that doesn't get rid of the message and allow you to begin using your monitor normally again, then your monitor will need to be repaired due to either a faulty button relay, or the circuit card those buttons connect to in your monitor.
Hope this helps.
I just spent an hour with someone else with a very similar problem and found this out.

Hello this is nichu ,your monitor is not supporting your cpu .hence you are getting the message "processing auto config message from screen display".either you have to change your monitor or you have to change your cpu.next time while purchasing the pc get the help your hardware vendor to check out the compatibility
