Problem for Hitachi DZ-GX3200A DVD Camcorder

"invalid MS -DOS function"

When I try to copy a CD or DVD disk to my hard drive, the chore will not complete itself. Instead I get the error massage "invalid MS -DOS function."

Anyone know how to solve this problem?

What OS are you using? are you using XCOPY or XCOPY32 to copy the contents of the disk over? Try to use an ISO Image Creator like MagicISO(Shareware), or the Nero Application Suite(Not Free) or WinImage(Freeware).
