2007 42'Insignia tv. The colors are not sharp. I have tried to adjust the colors but that did not solve the problem.

check on crt board green amp transister and associated ckt should be short. or green drive transister,or main jungle ic which drive green signal is sure defective, i had the same problem in rca 32 inch tv for all screen red,replacing chroma ic solved the problem.

Usually this problem is caused by the connections for the LCD Controller(TCON). If you disconnect and re-connect the cable until it works correctly it will usually solve this problem.
