I'm sorry to say, the manufacturer won't repair it. Fuhu has been bought out by Mattel and they aren't supporting repairs on any tablet purchased before the buyout. They'll simply send you a refurbed unit without your personal info and saved pictures. Here is your best bet: https://www.nabitablet.com/support/
if it is new , take it back for a warranty check/ repair/replacement or refund
if second hand take it in to a tablet repair shop for a proper diagnosis
You send it in for repairs. The screens on most tablets are glued to the frame and are very difficult to remove without causing damage to the frame or the other components. Tablets were basically designed as throw-away items when they failed...for some strange reason people are willing to pay almost as much to repair them as a new one costs. The usual excuse it that they don't want to lose everything they have on the device. Makes sense, but what would make more sense is to ensure that anything that you don't want to lose is backed up somewhere else since these devices are easily lost, damaged, or stolen. Even if you send it off for repairs, some places only send back another refurbished unit and you lose you stuff anyway. Those that do return your device may have to reset it to test it after repairs. This can cause some, if not all data to be lost. If you have to send it in, and you have an SD card installed for extra storage, ensure that you remove that card before sending it in. I can almost guarantee you that if you don't , it won't be there when it returns.
Contact the vender or authorized repairer for the specific product brand you intend to have repaired; they may require an RMA number; and instructions how to pack it.
Looks like we have no choice but send em in for repair. Mine shows half black, that black part spins when turning the tablet, so it is a color rendering issue on half the tablets resolution.
