check your cable coming in from your provider, it may be loose. if that' s ok then rebout your provider box. if that doesn' t work, check the settings on your tv with the remote that came with your tv.

Same problem - Picture and sound go off and on.


Yes the sound is lost when picture goes out. Found it was the power supply overheating - I cleaned it (dust caused the overheat) and it has been working for about a month but I anticipate having to replace the power supply soon.

if the picture is losing with the sound this is rf problem or antenna problem please try another input like dvd to verify the situation if its the RF.

Try to replace the Logic Board, about 50% chance to fix the problem.

Most times with this happens you can repair it by replacing the buffer bds. Sometime the ysus bd is bad and unfortunately the panel can cause this problem. I would say 60% of the time the buffers will correct the problem. I usually replace both at the same time.

to reboot your router, -do apower cycle, (i.e)just disconnect power from the router and wait for 30 seconds , reconnect the power, or to setup router again, press and hold the reset button in the router for 30seconds, with a pen or a paper clip.. with the power cable connect and then relaease reson button and then do a power cycle..
