wont connect. power light is red. wireless light is green. i have a 2701hg-b 2 wire. i ve tried diconnecting, resetting, but the gateway remains the same. what do i do?

any router / modem that has solid RED light on the power or flashing for a long time means there is a problem with that device. You better have it replace or contact your ISP if that is still under their warranty.
