The TV channel settings Menu is usually only available when the Input is on TV. Look for a Source or Input button on the TV or the remote. Press this button and try to change to the TV source option.

If your TV remote has an "Input Select" or "Source" button, pointit at the TV, press it and make sure the input source is set to TV or Television.

Later model TVs can have multiple input sources like HDMI, VCR, DVD, etc. They are also sometimes listed as Input 1, Input 2, etc.

You may have the wrong input source selected. There are a number of different source connections on the back of today's TV sets. Using the remote's SOURCE button, cycle through the different inputs until you find the one that your input device is attached to. It is common for users to inadvertently cycle off the correct input when pushing remote buttons.

Do you have an input source feature on your tv? Using the remote or controls on your tv, select the the input source that is connected to your PS3.
