Question about Vizio Televison & Video
My set was purchased just one month ago. It's a 42" 1080 LCD, and this past week it is casting a green shadow on black bacgrounds. Sometimes the pupils of the eyes are green, and the outline of anything dark is green. This may happen 4 or 5 times a day. It eventually corrects itself and then becomes the crystal clear picture that I'm used to.
LVDS Cable is corroded - This is the cable the provides video from the TV Video Process board to the LCD Panels Timing Control Board.
Honestly, if you can take the TV back do so. If not, Service it using the manufacturer warranty
