Obstruction in eye viewer of PowerShot A720is

When I view thru the optical viewer the view is partially blocked. Looks like some plastic frame piece has come loose and is obstructing the view. This does not affect the photos or the view on the digital screen. Has anyone else had this problem or knows of a way to fix it?
