Question about Motorola Mobility RAZR V3
Take the back off and remove the battery and remove the sim chip. Put the battery back in and power up the phone without the sim chip. This seems to reset the phone. Turn off the phone, remove the back take out the battery, reinstall the sim chip and put the battery back in - and the phone shoudl work.
Also, If you have a bunch of message, pictures and recordings, clean it up.
