Most bikes come with a very basic manual, usually more of a warranty statement than anything useful on the repair or maintance, or even specifications.
depending on what/why you looking for a manual, you might be better served finding a site with videos or a local bike club, or bike shop that offers basic mainance classes.
contact a Fuji dealer or their website. BTW owners manuals are very generic and the same manual is used for all models of bikes that a manufacturer produces. If you want specific information on how to maintain and fix your bike a good bike repair manual will do you much better, like the Park Tool Manual, Leonard Zinn's repair manuals, the Barnett's manuals and many others.
Best money you'll ever spend is to get a service manual from say amazon for example. Tons of data usually 20=30 bucks. I recommend everbody gets one right away.
need to know how to recieve a new owners manual. when purchased at Walmart the bike was outside and the book was wet and molded, pages stuck together. Need assistance with adjusting the rear gears.
check out ebay the normaly have the on disc if not speak to your local honda dealer they will order you one or may print you some pages that you need for a small charge
if the timing chain is off i dont think it would run, id suggest getting you're cams checked and reseat your valves, i have the same bike and an electronic copy of a repair manual, not for the exact same bike however. i have not been able to find the correct copy.
