Optoma h31 was unable to power up

my optoma h31 projector in my basement does not turn on at all, no lights come on or anything.Could that be the lamp, it didn't have over 1000 Hrs. I did not use it for 10 month.

It can have two problems. One is that the lamp has gone out and needs replaced. Refer to your troubleshooting section in your manual. Also can be bad capacitors in the power supply circuitry or Voltage Reg. IC. Either should be left to competent repair individual.
