Check to see if there is a 20 degree split between supply and return air. If its less than 20 than it might be low on charge.

What temp should a/c be in 1995 chev on max

Hard to say.
Under normal conditions, vent temp should be about 20 or 25 degrees less than outside air temp.
So if outside air temp is 90 degrees and the engine is at idle speed, vent temp would be around 65 or 70. On the road the vent temp could be less than 60 degrees.
If outside air temp is 70 degrees vent temp will be around 40 - 50.

My A/C is operating outside the house, but there is no cool air inside the house. We set the temperature onto 84 F Degree, however, the inside-house temperature has already reached 88 F Degree. Can you...

With such limited information the following is the most likely problem.
1. The fan outside is running but the compressor is not.
2. The inside air handler blower fan is not working.
3. The system is froze up and not allowing any cold air to come out of the vents.
Hope this helps

I have a 2 1/2 ton unit. If the outside temperature is 95 degrees. What should I expect from my unit in cooling my house.

If properly charged your unit should perform fine, having a dirty condensor at that temperature can cause problems not easily recognized.

A well insulated house should be able to maintain a 20 degree temperature difference whether its summer
or winter. No Mechanical cooling or heating involved
for at least 6-8hrs if not more.

If it never cools when it is 95 degrees outside the ambient outside temperature is not the problem.
At 95 degree out side air you should be seeing inside discharge air temperatures betwenn 48-55 degrees.

It is the load in the house that determines how long the unit will run at 95 degress.

My dryer just doesn't seem dry as fast as it used to I just put in a new heating element do you have any suggestions?

The thermostat could be turning the heater off too soon OR the air flow could be restricted inside/outside the machine.

Disconnect the vent tube from the back of the machine to check the air flow. It should blow quite strong. Lint buildup inside the machine can restrict the air flow significantly. Make sure the vent tube and duct to the outside is clear.

Also, check the heat temperature. It should heat up to 130-140 degrees F, cool down to 100-120 degrees F, then repeat.

HEater is heating outside but not blowing warm air thru the vents inside the house. May blow air for 10 mins but then stops. I have the temp. set at 76 degrees but it is 48 degrees in my house right now.

sounds like you may have some restriction in the heater or overtemp sensor is kicking out to soon, clean everything thourghly, check fan and oil bearing, check safety circuits in furnace wiring, refer to owners manual trouble shooting guide

Check outside breakers. Open up outside panel and see if contactor is pulled in. If so you have a voltage problem or a bad capacitor. Sometimes a wire burns off. So look for this. If you have a float switch on the inside unit it may be tripped. Stopped up drain. Russ

Air Handler Blower

if you have a meat thermometer, place it in the vent when the air is on, it should be cooling somewhere around 15-18 degrees F lower than what actually temp is, so if its 84 degrees, your unit should blow around 67 degree air out of the vent. if it is not call a tech. your system could be under or over charged.
