How to repair the cooler

It is out of warranty if more than a year old.

What to Do When your Wine Cooler Wont Cool

Check if the compressor is running if it is then there might be a leak ,you will need to repair or replace

If your bike is water cooled there is a broken oil cooler in your rad. Some bikes are oil cooled and the rad is actually for a 'oil cooler'.
If it mixes with the water it usually turns into a milky brown substance. New rad is needed (or cooler repaired)

Possible bad thermostat. Bypass the thermostat wire to run the compressor. If the compressor start, replace the thermostat. On the other hand if the compressor is running, and there is no cooling; there is a leak and all the refrigerant probably escaped. If it is the case, you need to call serviceman and have him evaluate the wine cooler for possible repairs. P.S. The serviceman may charge a fee for evaluating or estimating the cost of repairs.

I would guess if it looks like cooling coil it is a power steering cooler. Will need to be removed and repaired or replaced. Some radiator shops can repair oil coolers.

The tubes, or core of the cooler cannot be repaired. They are very thin walled. Another point to consider is that your bike is oil cooled (Suzuki Advanced Cooling System) its very important that all this works properly because a catastrophic failure of the cooler will destroy your engine and possibly kill you when the oil reaches the back wheel. You will need to replace it with an identical unit. Should not be hard to find one at a breakers or ebay.

Sounds like the fans have stoped turning for the cooling system. If you cannot hear the fans turn on when you flip the COOL switch this is your problem. Pick the fans up at a computer parts store like Frys. Any other part failure on this unit other than a loose wire is not worth repairing. A little oil inside the motor and several revolutions later might get some relief until a new motor is installed.
