* Make sure your Yahoo! Mail account is registered with IzyMail.

You don"t install yahoo mail. its a site on its own. you can only install yahoo messenger by following this steps.

Start-> Run-> CMD->Msconfig-> Start up tab-> Uncheck Yahoo Messenger-> Apply-> Close-> Restart the computer.

If this works follow the same process tell yahoo messenger and instead of clicking on yahoo messenger icon right click the icon and go to Send To->select desktop ( Create Shortcut) it will put the messenger shortcut on desktop for you.
