If you're using adblocking software, turn it off or make sure that Facebook is included as an exception. Try uploading the original photo instead of an edited version. Editingphotos (example: with iPhoto or Photoshop) before uploading them may cause theupload to fail. Check the photo format.
first log in your Facebook account
click on the upload photo/video and select photo which you want to upload from your computer,after uploading click on the share
As Facebook has always so much buggs uploading photos, I recommend using an application on PC. A good easy one, where you can also upload in bulk, is here: http://www.obviousidea.com/windows-software/easy-photo-uploader-for-facebook/
You should try uploading the videos or photos using any other browsers other than the browser that you are using currently. You have not told us which browser you are using right now, but I would recommend you to use Google Chrome as the browser, just because it shows a small on-screen message (bottom-left corner of the screen) saying "uploading xx%", which will really help you to understand that the files are being uploaded. If you are using Google Chrome right now, you may try uploading with IE 9 or above or Mozilla firefox. They should work fine.
