I've got my toner refilled and it still unable to print
I've just refilled my toner cartridge, but it definitively doesn't print anymore. All printed pages are fade, as if it had not enough inkpowder in the cartridge... but it is full, I can't feel it (it's heavy!). What is possibly happening? Thanks a lot.

I would not advise you to refill a toner cartridge becausethe toner powder is very fine and you do not want to breath in this tonerpowder. When the toner cartridge is exhausted or empty then theprinter will not be able to print further documents or the prints will be veryfaint. You may be able to print a few more pages by removing thetoner cartridge and shaking the toner cartridge in a horizontal position a fewtimes and then placing it back into the printer. This will give you an opportunity to print a few more pages and giveyou time to purchase a new toner cartridge for your printer. A cheaperalternative is to purchase a re-manufactured toner cartridge for your model printer.A re-manufactured printer cartridge also replaces worn partsas well as refilling with toner powder.

Are you emptying the waste toner receptable on the cartridge when you refill? It sounds like you may be getting toner running back out. Or the drum has finally failed, they will not last for ever.
Check all of your drum units and toner cartridges for uneven wear, or damage. Are you using genuine cartridges, or aftermarket refilled toner cartridges. Some refilled toners can cause problems like this,
I have to ask this question of you, just to make sure this is not an issue. Are you using a factory new ink or toner cartridge? Please consider the following: If you are using a refilled (theabsolute worst possible choice) or third party cartridges (2nd. Worst possible choice) that may well be your problem. Most manufacturers build logic into their products to prevent the use of “Other Equipment Manufactured” cartridges as well as re-filled cartridges. They do this to prevent problems from contaminated inks or toner causing problems with print quality or damaging the physical printhead or photo conductors. If you are using factory new ink or toner cartridges, then please call the manufacturer’s Technical Support for assistance with the warranty on the cartridges Don
dis is quite common problem..don't panic.. did u change / replace the cartridge with original spare or refilled it?? this kind of problem often follows with an unbranded cartridge change and or refilling..!! least chance of the defective cartridge itself causing such problem..!! however always try to use genuine refill packs/toner.. ..contact ur system admin/vendor....
Trying cleaning the contacts on the cartridge and clean the contacts on the printer use a dry tint paper towel to clean the contacts. Then try to reinstall the cartridge using the software. Try to print the self test. If failed try another cartridge if you dont get any error then the cartridge might be defective
