Question about Samsung Heating & Cooling
Most likely dirty filter and or evaporator (the cold set of coils), if not enough air get through it will cause the compressor and evaporator to freeze up into a block of ice. Let it thaw out then you can clean it out with a hose (evaprator & condenser coil) be careful not to get electrical parts wet. let it drain out and dry out - plug it back in and see if corrected the problem - if it did you should notice a considerable change in performance.
