The MPV is not designed to break-down easily for transport. The only "simple" thing that comes off is the seat which will make it about 40 pounds or so lighter, so you still have over 150 pounds to lift without taking the batteries out, which would get it down under 100 pounds...still a lot of weight to tote around. To take off the seat, first disconnect the joystick control cable, then unlatch the seat and lift off the base. This is safer and easier with two people.

The cheapest way to transport is using a ramp. Here's where I buy mine for our clients, and they are the strongest and the lowest priced ramps I have found. http://www.pviramps.com/

You can go with an electric lift, but the cost is going to be a few thousand dollars when all's said and done. If you install one on a car, you'll need at least a class II hitch, and I have found that usually you will also have to get air-shocks to compensate for the extra weight on the tail end. Even some vans, like the Honda, sag too much in the rear with a lift and chair on the rear end.

There is no way to disasemble this chair without the possibilty of causing problems that are expensive to fix. You can unlock the chair from the base of the chair, BUT with out taking the housing cover off and disconnecting all the power cables etc it would still be some what connected to the chair. Sorry

I need to move my bowflex treadclimber. how should i disassemble it.

Examine the section on transporting the treadclimber. It well may be you don't want to do an entire disassembly.

Disassemble bowflex treadclimber

There are several versions of this unit. If you do not have the manual for this model, I recommend performing a search and downloading it. The manual is an assembly manual. It details the parts. It also has a section on getting the treadclimber ready for transport. Rather than trying to tear down the treadclimber and reducing it to its pre-assembly form, I suggest you examine the transport section.

How to lower the seat for transport

Mur What are you putting the chair in to transport? If it is a van then you can move the seat back forward or backward (using the seat back release lever on the chair) enough to get it in the van or SUV. I used to transport them in a 98 Jimmy but had to tilt the back all the way back to get it in. Lowering the seat I don't think will give you enough clearance to do that cause it will only lower about 3 inches. Hope this helps

heater hoses are NOT subjected to any wear/tear other than perishing,so any mechanical parts that have gone are normal wear and tear or bad/irregular maintenance or driving after a fault developes.(i.e. engine siezing after overheating)
