I need help disassembling an Ashley Zayley full size bed. There are 4 sets of screws that are holding the bed together but none of them will unscrew.

Screws in beds are designed to be quite tight, so that there's no movement, which would be quite aggravating to the person lying on it. Likely the constant movement has seated the screws even more firmly. I can only suggest better tools, or drilling them out.

its not hard.. you need the allen wrench. start by removing the planks (unscrew with screwdriver). then the two side drawers (allen wrench to unscrew, then lift/unhook). should result in all three drawer sections separated plus the 4 connector boards. last is headboard - be careful - top piece with the two small drawers separates from it's stand/part of the headboard. if you cant get someone to hold it still while you uncrew w/allen wrench, just take your time unscrewing and breathe lightly :)

One thing you can try doing is going to a hardware store of some sort like Home Depot or Lowes and look for some thin nylon washers that will fit over the bolts holding your frame together. Get enough of them to cover each assembly point on the frame (i.e: where the legs attach to the frame and where the spring attaches to the frame.) Disassemble the frame and place a washer between the metal parts, isolating them from each other. I'm not sure where you're stationed, so I don't know what type of hardware stores you might have access to. These washers are very cheap and almost sure to fix your problem. And thank you for your service. Stay safe!

It depends on the manufacturer, but likely the wheels must be taken off first. There is probably one screw in the exact center of each wheel (the sticker could be covering this screw, you may have to make a small break in the sticker to access it. Once the wheels are off you will be able to clearly see the bolts to take out for disassembly.
