Cassette player will not play. need a belt for the player.

Replacement belts figure large in the repairman's armoury so most supplier's catalogues contain a popular selection of types.

I suggest you google your requirements and you should find lots of results to investigate or ask a local repair shop.

Belts are usually supplied by size and cross section. Even when the old belt is available to help identify the requirement a certain amount of guesswork is needed as the old belt will have stretched. Some cassette belts will do the job stretched just a little and some need stretching quite a bit. If the length isn't known it can mean a certain amount of trial and error and the purchase of two or three belts before the correct one is found.

Good luck!

What is the procedure for installing new tires

That should be fairly straighforward. You won't need contact cement or anything (it'd make it nearly impossible to finish the job). First, get the new tires. Now peel the old tires off the wheels after removing the blade. It's easier, perhaps, if the wheels are off the saw... but that's a lot more to disassemble and reassemble and the tires CAN be replaced with the wheels still where they belong.

Clean up the wheels where the old tires used to be. Use whatever tooling may be required to get them VERY clean.

Now you can stretch the new tires onto the wheels with your hands, rolling them on like a giant rubber band. If your wheels are grooved, work the new tire into the groove as best you can. Insert two screwdrivers under the new tire and work both screwdrivers all the way around the rim - that lifts the tire and gets it to seat a little better. It also tends to help even out the stretch of the tire. BE CAREFUL not to stretch the tire too much, or it'll never stay in place.

Lanier P-128 Tape doesn't want to rewind consistently. Tiny band that rotates right side spool is floppy. Replacement? Can I do it myself?

That is an "O" ring drive belt. you can buy them online by size, remember when you order it that you need a shorted one as the old one is stretched. Here is a link to where I get my belts. Agitator brush won't rotate. belt is fine, replaced v belt but it is loose. thought the old one was stretched out but new one is the same size.

The brush spins around an "axel", try removing rotator & spray wd-40 with red straw into it. See if that works, but do NOT use on carpet until dry or you will get grease stains on carpet.

Tire comes off of wheel

This could be a big wild guess on how the tire comes off on the wheel. But I'll try to help you this thing. I don't know if your bandsaw has adjustment bolt above the upper wheel and below the lower wheel, but in case there is , use these bolts to center the band saw. Well, this could also be blade tension adjustment. Tires should be a very tight fit and a struggle to get on.
Wait, was tired glued on? If not, reglue.
Is that an old tire? If yes, tire must be well worn out and time to invest new ones.
I recommend you to use this time urethane tires rather than rubber tires.
Rubber tires works fine but urethane tires last longer and doesn't need gluing. When you purchase a new tire, make sure that it is a couple of inches smaller than the wheel to stretch the tire. It is a good advice to slightly tilt the top of the drive wheels towards you. I've been purchasing urethane tire with www.bandsawparts.com. Got one from them and still up running. Piece of advise also,Before installing the new tires, you double-check the surfaces of the pulleys to make sure the surfaces are clean and true.

I have purchased a new straight replacement bubble tube for my one mor time 1015,any idea how to fit it,seems rather difficult without removing the rotating light, does it come out?

I presume you have solved this by now. You go in from the front. Remove the three metal bands by screws in the back of the door. The front plastic comes out like a tyre, sits in a groove each side. Squeeze and pull.

Turntable band is broken

Unfortunately, many rubber parts and "bands" age as these units get old, or from repeated use. The drive band stretches, falls off or breaks...
I recommend contacting the manufacturer if the item is fairly new or contacting an antiques record player supply(off the net or ebay)
if the unit is old....they will have your part if you can give them the model number and make of your rig.
As far as installing it, if you are handy, you can do it yourself..if not, you will have to take it to a "generic "fix-it" shop in your city...or mail the complete unit to a repair person.

Note: CDC-625 unit won't open, no discs inside

Wait, wait!

I bought one of these units from a flea market for $5.00. It said the tray wouldn't open. I picked it up, and noticed the same thing you did. Humming motor, but the tray stayed put.

I opened it up to check things out, and all that was wrong was a (very) stretched out belt on the pulley that opened the tray. I replaced it with a rubber band and it has worked ever since. Once the rubber band wears out I'll replace it with a proper belt, but for now, it was a 2 minute fix that's lasted around 11 months so far. I really, really like this player, and plan to keep it working for a long time!
