I bought a saeco espresso poemia class s.o. al in europe and i wont to use it in u.s. on 120V. Any easy way to do so?

If it has a switch to allow 120 or 240, it is easy. If not, you will have to hook it to a 240 volt circuit which are most common on clothes dryers, cook stoves, water heaters in the USA. I would toss it and get one made for 120 volts.

Saeco poemia espresso machine, cant complete circuit prime as water stream does not come thru steamer wand, as instructions say. Left open for 5 min.

Not sure I understand your question since there are no question marks "?" But assuming you open hot water and nothing comes out. Saeco uses micro switches to activate pump for hot water. Steam sometimes ruin the switch. Open and replace

Open to change parts

http://www.cerinicoffee.com/espresso-parts/saeco-parts/saeco-user-manuals.html I got the manual there, I did not find anything about changing parts . I know that the makers want authorized personell to repair there goods. So it is either back to the shop or find an electrician. I would start by talking to shop that sold you this beautiful machine. Saeco Vienna Digital Expresso Maker - brew group will not line up to fit back into espresso machine

Could be a number of reasons. If you "hear" the brew group moving in one direction, stop and then move again, then the microswitches are o.k. If the sound of the movement is low and/or slow ( slower that normal), the CPU/power board may be bad and needs to be replace. If the movement is as before (same sound and movement) but not lining up, perhaps the brew drive motor is bad.
To remedy this situation, an authorized SAECO Service Center would have to open your machine and replace damaged components. Contact Saeco USA Inc. to located a Service Center near you at 800-933-7876 (toll-free), ask for customer support, or contact SAECO via e-mail at : outlet@saeco-usa.com
