When changing from a song, my iPod nano 2nd generation froze completely, and I cannot charge it, I can not listen to music, and the battery will not die. How do I fix it?

You can usually reset a frozen iPod by holding down the menu and center buttons for about 10 seconds. Hope this helps!

To unfreeze a iPod:
Switch hold on then off.
hold down "menu" + centre button

Leave it for 2 mins and it should be good to go.
