Need to look at the name plate glued to the unit, most units are 220 volts AC.

Fan always runs, speed doesnt change (low/high), setting humidity level doesnt impact...is this a control board or circuit board issue?

Verify the humidity reading with another device. Perhaps the humidity sensor is dirty or bad.

Another possibility is the switching device that runs the compressor and fan is shorted. If it's a mechanical relay, the contacts may have welded together, or if it's a solid-state relay, it's got a punch-through or meltdown in a device junction. My guess is it's a mechanical relay since you mention it used to click on and off and now you don't hear that. The relay may be on the control board, or it may be mounted separately - I don't have a photo or diagram of the inside of your model available.

Both radiator fans don't come on until accelerator pedal is pushed

Check that you have both sufficient voltage and AC system is properly charged. Also that your idle is set correctly. The idle should be higher when you turn on the AC. Does the idle increase / decrease when you turn on / off the AC? Low voltage from the alternator could cause the AC not to work properly but .... I would suspect you would notice that you have very dim headlights at idle if the alternator was not working correctly. The amount of charge in the AC system will definitely cause this type of problem.

see the next steps for fix it, use the common sense.God bless you
First, with microwave still installed, gain access to the control board and check for voltage from the fan relay. If you are not getting voltage from the fan relay on the control board, and your display says fan is on, then you need a new control board. If voltage is present and the wiring that you can see looks good, then you will have to take the unit down and test for voltage at the fan itself. If the voltage is present there, then test the motor itself and/or start capacitor for the motor. The fan motor assembly will slide out of the top of the unit after you take it down and unscrew 2 screws. Below, in the list of component testing, you will see how to test the motor and start

Compressor and fans do not turn on until rev engine

I passed this question the first time I read it, so I will take a stab at it now.
The fans don't come on until the compressor has pumped the freon pressure up to say 150 or 200 psi. And the compressor clutch has to have voltage to engage the clutch.
I wonder if the clutch is going and needs 14 volts instead of 12 to engage ? Or the relay that powers the clutch ?
Speeding up the engine would increase voltage from the alternator.
This is assuming the serpentine belt is tight and everything else is working correctly.
I think I would swap the relay with another and put a meter on that circuit to the ac clutch to see what it takes to engage it.

Psc25mstass The refrigerator does not cool at all. condensor and evaporator fans run but the compressor does not. When plugged in you can hear the inverter whine then the compressor will turn over and...

:
Hi!
A relay starts the compressor with a higher voltage and then quickly kicks out
It does a lot of clicking (trying to start over and over again)
If thats what is happening with yours
Its best for a tech to replace The relay but you can do it
Take your model number to your Local Appliance parts store they will have a diagram
showing you how to install the relay. Its called a hard start relay
I use part no ERP410 POWER START RELAY, CAPACITOR AND OVERLOAD all in one. (110 v)

My Trailer AC doesnt cool below 75 degrees. I feel no differnce between the coldest setting on AC than on the Fan cycle. I cannot hear the cooling system kick on at all.

If you don't here the compressor kick in after about 3 min then the thermastat is not telling the compressor to com on, or the control board is not telling the compressor to come on. The power can be traced from thermastat to the control board and will have a 12volt feed on the yellow wire at the control board with compressor mode on. From there it is 120volts the control board has a relay that turns on the compressor. the compressor capasiter can cause the compressor not to come on, normally it will have burnt wiring.

Clicking sound - not cooling

The problem is most likely the condenser fan motor at the back-side/bottom/right of the unit. If this fan is not turning, unplug the connector to this fan (inside the protective cover on the wires near the fan)... if the clicking stops, then this fan needs to be replaced.

What is happening is that this fan has failed but continues to draw a heavy load from the circuit board... It draws enough power from the circuit board to drop the voltage on the circuit board to 5-6 volts and the relays on the board open up and disconnect the power to the fan. The the voltage jumps back up to 12-13 volts and the relays turn back on causing the voltage to drop again and the relays to open.... ON....OFF...ON...OFF..... thus the clicking!

The exact part number for this fan may vary depending on the model and serial number of your unit... My model is GBS22K-BRBBB and the fan part is WR84X10055 and should cost $60-$70 though I have seen it being sold for as much as$130.

Fan turning on and off , not sure about compressor

its the compressor relay thats clicking[its a little unit connected to compressor with at least two wires]it could be that its [relay]going bad or the compressor could be failing, but it dose cool once it gets started so thats a good sign.the relay has two parts.one an over load, thats like a curcit breaker,it cuts power to compressor if its drawing to much amparage.the other part is a swith that goes fro start winding to run winding.as a repairman i would pull relay and use volt meter to check winds before replacing relay.its been alittle while but depending on age of refer, start winding around 2.7+-.5run winding 1.1 +- .5 new box use less energy so lower resistance older higher.hope that gives you a start ps fan goes off on because its starts with compressor.God bless ,tom
