SOURCE: my kitchenaid model kscs25ftms02 water dispenser doesnt work
There is a water valve located at the bottom back of the refrigerator that may have failed or is clogged with trash from the water line. Either is a common problem.
If your know how to use an ohmeter and simple tools like a screw and/or nut driver, I can give you additional instructions on how to troubleshoot. Otherwise, I can search for the P/N and you can order one. You will need to install, or find someone to install for you.
It could also be a filter problem if yours has a filter, or a water supply problem (have you checked the valve a the wall to make sure it was open?).
SOURCE: My Jenn Air refrigerator ice maker quit working
My Jenn-Air refrigerator (JRSD2790) quit making ice, dispensor works, water dispensor works. Do I need to replace the entire
ice maker?

SOURCE: No water to ice maker.
Its unusual that both parts would go at one time it could be you had a lightening strike or a power surge that took out both parts as they have nothing in common that one causes the other to operate other than temperature. This is what I would do. Since the control board is obviously bad I would replace that first. Let it run a day or two and if the ice maker does not start I would replace that part. I have linked them below.
To replace the ice maker module you must remove the ice maker and then remove the wiring before installing the new module to prevent the contacts from being bent inside the ice maker wire connector. Install the new module then connect the wires and place it in the freezer. Also if your ice maker has no water in it now the module is not the problem....get back to me.

SOURCE: Model JCD2389GEW - ice/water dispenser does not
We have a Jenn Air side by side, model JCD2389GEW. The ice dispensers work, the water does not. This started after I replaced the filter. I've checked and nothing is locked out. When you press the actuator pad to dispense water, you can hear a noise similar to a small pump which I assume is a solenoid attempting to open. Any ideas?
