THat means that something is wrong with the water temp. It is either not hot enough when it fills or the heating element that increases the temp it bad. To start the Service Diagnostics Cycle, press the
following keys, in order, in less than 6 seconds, while in standby(power on but unit off):
Heated Dry, Normal, Heated Dry, Normal
To Rapid advance one interval at a time, press the Start key, noting that
unlike Standard cycles, the Diagnostics Cycle automatically resumes
after door openings and does not require pressing Start to resume.

Once the diagnostic cycle has run and shut off, run a normal wash cycle, empty and with no detergent, to reset the control to factory "normal" operation. Make sure there's plenty of hot water.

The printer says outer temp open cycle power

Curtis,

Hi, thank you for contacting me. I will do my best to help you solve this problem. Could you please give me more information surrounding the issue and about your operating system. Too much information is better than too little. Here are a few details that would help:

Try turning off the printer and disconnecting it from the power source for about 5 minutes (physically unplug it). If the problem persists when power is restored to the unit. Please let me know.

When requesting technical assistance, remember to give as much information as you can about the problem. Explain the situation leading up to the problem and the current status. The information given appears to be incomplete.

I hope thie helps
Randy

I got error outer temp open cycle power what can I do to fix it

Have you had the front door off the machine. It's a bit fiddly, but this error can happen if the cable connector next to the left hand hinge isn't plugged in properly.

we come across this a lot. its a few things that could go wrong but major things of the washer. 1st there is a service flash for the board. that means a new software for it and need to call kenmore or whirlpool see if your washer qualifies. 2nd there could of been a piece of clothing slipped through the tub and wrapped itself on the shaft where the tub needs to come out to remove the clothing. 3rd this is happenning a lot that the main shaft is warpt and need to replace outer tub to get that fix

My Neptune washer model # MAH3000AWW has developed an excessively loud noise during spin cycle--what is wrong and how much to fix??

It sounds like the bearings in the rear outer tub have gone out. This is caused from using powder soap. ( It also happens with liquid sometimes) This is a common problem with front load washers. This is a also a very costly fix. You have to replace the whole outer tub assembly. To get an exact cost just call your local service tech and tell them what your problem is and they can give an idea how much it will be.

Ok try this, open the door and then hit these buttons in the following combination. HI TEMP - DRY - HI TEMP - DRY...then close door and press cancel...then wait for the pump to shut down. you should be able to run a cycle after this...If this fails to fix the problem give me the make and model # of the dishwasher, this can normally be found just inside the door.

Bosch Slimline dishwasher Exxcel. Detergent dispenser does not open during the wash

take door outer panel off and dispenser is exposed. start cycle and with a multimeter, check power comes to the dispensor during the cycle. if you get power, then the dispensor is faulty. if no power, then the module is faulty

SPin CYcle Noise

The drain line is probably clogged. Maybe that a sock or other piece of clothing get between the clothes tub and the outer tub that holds the water. In this case it may then get into the drain hose that's attached to the pump. Remove the hoses from the pump and pull the item out. In case it clean there, check the outer tub port- open the washer's main access panel and remove the large-diameter rubber hose that connects the pump to the bottom of the outer tub. Then try to remove the clothing through the port.

My Kenmore diswasher gets stuck between the quick rinse and drying cycle

I am having the same issue as described above. I think it is either the timer, thermostat (temp assure), or thermostat (temp boost) that needs replacing. The dial gets stucks in both the wash temp boost cycle and rinse temp boost cycle. However, I don't have a picture of the temp assure or boost part. Does anyone know how to fix this? Thanks. -Bill
