Question about Computers & Internet
It doesn't allow her to use the computer - what can I do
Try using Kon-Boot,
"Kon-Boot enables you logging in to any password protected machine profile without any knowledge of the password. This tool changes the contents of Windows kernel while booting,
everything is done virtually - without any interferences with physical system changes."
Refer: http://pcsupport.about.com/od/toolsofthetrade/gr/kon-boot.htm for full instructions.

pS leave it blank
in case the you only prompted to type the password on your username, then do this;
simultaneously press"ctrl+alt+delete" 2x
the system will prompt you to type the username, see above procedure.
If the system successfully log in that the time you can change your password in the control panel and in useraccount.
May this help, do not rate me if you don't say something about the issue posted.

SOURCE: I have forgot my password
Forgotten or lost Password -> "Methods to get into your PC/Laptop"
Factory settings -> Means the settings set by the OEM vendors when your first receive your PC/Laptop. You cannot boot into the factory settings once you have configure your PC/Laptop to your personal settings, but you can boot to "Safe Mode" and use the "Administrators" account to reconfigure other Users settings. To get back to "Factory Settings" you can use the OEM "Recovery CD" or "Recovery function from your Hard drive" depending on the OEM Vendors specifications for your PC/Laptop.
**Take note, All your data will be lost when you reverting your PC/Laptop to factory settings!!!
Hope it helps.
