I have 2002 honda civic with noise coming from rear sounds like a noisey wheel bearing have jacked up both sides and spun wheels with no sign of noise .

Check Tires for feather edge. Join your fingers together, move around the rear Tire from front to back and vice versa on both of the rear Tires and feel the smoothness. If the tread of the Tire resist the fingers in one direction and smooth on the other, then the Tires may be producing the abnormal noise.
Temporarily bring both the front Tires to the rear and rear Tires to the front on the same side, drive the car and watch the noise. If the noise begins to come from the front end, then the Tires are defective and need replacement. . If the noise still comes from the rear wheels then the rear wheel bearings need replacement.(You can also rotate the Tires in criss cross manner temporarily)
The bearings often vary noise with and without load. Be sure to troubleshoot the noise before spending money on costlier spares.

Vibration at high speeds in stering wheel comes and goes

Could be a tire or wheel problem even tho you have new tires.
If the tires were balanced on a machine, the machine spins the wheels at around 30 mph. That is good enough for most cars and most normal speeds.
You could move the front tires to the rear and see if the vibration moves to the seats.

There is a loud howling noise coming from the rear end of my 2006 Chevy equinox. At first I though it was the tread on my new tires but it's definitely getting louder and isolated to only the rear end....

If it's a All Wheel Drive then it could be a gear oil leak that has caused a bearing in the drive train to fail. Just adding gear oil won't fix the problem, but may limit the damage until it's repaired.
If it's a Front Wheel Drive, then you may have a Wheel Hub Bearing Assembly failing. This usually has a ABS [ Anti-Lock Brake ] light associated with it.
Either is dangerous and should be checked ASAP.

I would have the 4 wheels alignment checked, if the rear is out it can be aligned by shims. any reputable alignment shop will know how to perform this. as far as the noisy tire goes it will need to be replaced to stop the noise. If the alignment is ok than the tire may have a broken belt internally which caused it to wear uneven

My scooter is making loud clicking sounds as though something has come loose & hitting something in the rear wheels as it goes around. The repair tech rotated the rear tires last week & this helped...

Its quite common for Pride scooters to be assembled using little or no grease on the rear axle. If the noise is like a stone stuck in the tyre, its probably a 'Dry Axle' as mentioned above. Try just removing the rear wheel(s) and greasing the axle. This normally cures the problem. When removing the wheel, be careful not to lose the hub key which slots into the axle and wheel to stop the wheel spinning freely on the axle. Hope this helps.

Rt frnt wheel vib starts around 35mph & worsens with speed. Hear, feel vib. Lessens with brake pedal depressed. Notice smell when come to a stop. 95 Ford T-Bird LX w/V8.

Have you had the wheel rebalanced? Also, you could swap it to the rear of the car. If the vibration goes to the back, it's a problem with the wheel/tire. If it stays, you have a suspension issue.

If it's the wheel/tire, check for a bend in the wheel, abnormal wear on the tire, proper tire pressure, and evidence of missing weights. Rebalance the wheel and if that doesn't do it, you'll need a new tire, possibly a new wheel if it's damaged.

NEVER swap rear tires... the radial tires are not made/designed to be driven one way and then driven the other... they WILL delaminate and come apart.. when you rotate tires, you rotate front and rear on the same side....(old bias-ply tires were rotated around a vehicle)
... if you did not have both sides of the rear brakes fitted with new pads and ..at least had the rotors turned.. do that. look closely at the inside of your wheels and make sure there has been no contact.... once you have made sure both sides are good.. reply back to me on here.. thanks... please mark as helpful.. thanks

Rear wheel

The best I can find is this post from MAZ. http://forums.cannondaler.com/viewtopic.php?p=65726&highlight=rear+wheel+honda#65726 I've seen other posts that say that ATK told them the rear wheel was a 605 wheel turned around just as you mention. If it's as easy as getting a 605 and buying spacers from ATK let us know
