If your phone is blocked. Take it to your nearest network providers outlet, to get it unblocked.
If your sim card is blocked. You can go to your network providers website,where you can download obtain the puk code that will unblock the sim card.

You will have to ask the service provider for a new SIM with same number. You have blocked your own SIM. The default is 00000000 (eight zeros). But it will not work as you have changed it. Only the service provider can help you.

mine did that also the code on mine was 0000 try that or 000 other than that do not try over and over because you will lock your phone get on the at&t website and look it up.
