Question about Kenmore Elite 45986 Front Load Washer
"F09" is an Overflow Condition error, while "F11" is a Serial Communications error. The following two links explain both error codes and how to troubleshoot:
Read through both links and follow the advice given. Both these error codes can be a bit tricky to diagnose as they both have multiple causes. I would begin by looking at those items that are common to both. The Central Control Unit (CCU) seems to be a logical place to start. Check all the wire harness connections to make sure they are connected properly. I would recommend you pull each plug one at a time and reseat them. Make sure you UNPLUG the washer while doing this and leave the unit unplugged for at least 30 minutes. This will reset the CCU and clear any erroneous error codes. If resetting the CCU does not help, or if you don't find either of these links helpful, please post back and let me know. I hope you find this information helpful.
