Hello, My thermopompe model is VBHC 21J18SFA. I have it fo 5 years (new). The thermopompe seems to work fine. But the temperature does not cool down to what I set to be. Inside temperature is at 28...

Check your filter make sure it is new and not clogged with debre. If thats ok you have a refrigeration leak in the sytem most likely. Have a pro take care of it. Its not a DIY project let me know if I can further assist

You probably have a stuck horn relay or a wire is shorted and constanly providing voltage to it.

Water flow to my humidifier wont stop. and the pump is constanly running.

Sounds like the float valve inside the water holding tank is stuck in the open (down) position. Unplug the unit and take the cover off the tank portion of the humidifier. Look inside and you will see the float valve, if it's in the down position, manually lift is up. If it stays in the up position the incoming water should stop, The next thing is to determine what caused it to get stuck? Is there some sort of debris in the tank? Is the float lever rod bent or out of place? Does the float on the end have a hole in it and is full of water? These are the things you need to start with in troubleshooting the unit.

The drip panel of my ref, 690/s is overflowing and dripping constanly. the water does not get evaporated. can you show me how to fix it?.

Check the door seal around the freezer... it is letting in moisture which defrosts and then ends up in the pan...
