How do I to turn Intermatic ML200RT on/off. Lights will not go off unless I unplug power.

You might need new trippers.
But if override will not turn lights OFF, then plug power pack into cheap wall timer.

The "little gray box"

You need 2 ON trippers and 2 OFF trippers.
Part number 156T1976A sold at WW Grainger etc.

1) Copy following links for WH40 little grey box Intermatic timer operation and resources:
http://waterheatertimer.org/pdf/How-to-operate-and-set-T104-timer.pdf
http://waterheatertimer.org/How-to-wire-T104-Intermatic-timer.html#T104

2) WH40 timer is identical to T104, same replacement parts, same operation, same wiring options, except the grey box timer has override lever that sticks out of box. Both WH40 and T104 have override levers, the WH40 override can be moved without opening box door.
This allows you to use the WH40 as ordinary on-off switch if the trippers are removed from dial.

Ti04 clock rotates and new trippers but doesn't turn on

You probably have T104 timer.
Clock rotates so power to timer motor is good. This means 240Volt breaker is good.
Use override lever and see if Load (light, fan, motor) turns on and off. If override does not turn Load on-off, then bypass timer and see if load works. Move wires from terminal 2 to terminal 1, and terminals 4 to terminal 3.
Did you order correct trippers?

Open following link for Intermatic timer troubleshoot walk-thru:
http://waterheatertimer.org/How-to-troubleshoot-Intermatic-timer.html

When you turned off power, did you turn off circuit breaker? Or turn off manual override on timer?
If circuit breaker is turned on, does the timer dial rotate?
If timer dial rotates and keeps good time, then electricity to timer is good, timer clock motor is good.
If dial is rotating, what happens when you move override lever back and forth? Does load turn on?
Read through troubleshoot on link above and then add a comment with more details if needed.

The Manual lever does not shut off the pool pump. Ther is something I can do to fix it or I need to replace it? The timer is only one year old

Open following link to troubleshoot Intermatic timer:
http://waterheatertimer.org/How-to-troubleshoot-Intermatic-timer.html

Manual override should absolutely turn off pump, especially if everything worked correctly before.
There is an exception. IF there is internal short to ground inside the pump. Turn circuit breaker off, and then at the timer, disconnect ground wire going to the pump, turn breaker back on, and see if pump stops using manual override.

Very odd that such a durable mechanical timer would go bad in 1 year.
The manual override lever actually pushes the contacts together and pulls them apart, so burned contacts cannot stick together. You can check this by turning off power and then remove timer mechanism using thumb spring located top inside box.

If override lever does not function correctly, then timer mechanism needs to be replaced.
Usually it's cheaper to buy whole timer and then install timer mechanism into old enclosure.

My automatic timer is not working.

You posted under Intermatic raintight timer.
Add a comment with your model and brand and I have extensive files on timers.

The best diagnostic is the manual override.
1) Click manual override and see if Load (lights, fan, motor) come on.
If manual override clicks on-and-off crisp and clean, but the lights do not come on, check your electric power.
If the manual override does not click crisp and clean, then the timer may be rusty, or timer may need to be replaced. Buy replacement timer and swap out timer mechanisms without changing the box.
If the manual override works fine, and Load turns on-and-off with manual override, then the clock or trippers are next suspect.

2) Check if the dial is turning as time passes.
If the dial is not turning, then the clock motor is bad and you can buy a new clock motor.
If dial is turning, and manual override turns Load on-and-off, then the tripper pins might be worn out, and you can buy new trippers.

3) To buy replacement parts: Timer door has model number of timer. Timer clock located on back of timer mechanism has identifying numbers. You can snap out the timer mechanism using metal spring locate top inside box.

Timer is working but stops but stops at the on and off points like it don't have enough power to engage switch, timer is less then year old.

c92bcf0.jpg
The pins push the lever.

New T-104 comes with a bit of white grease on the lever.

The lever is connected to the manual override.
Click the manual override back and forth. It should click firm and crisp.
If the manual override is sluggish or it sticks, then timer might be bad ... buy a new T-104 and snap the new insides into the box without changing out the box ... and if you bought it at the local store, then return the new timer with the old insides.

If the manual override works crisp and clean, then the clock motor may be bad.
Clock motors and Intermatic timers run for years, but the clock gears are plastic.
You can buy a T-100 series 240Volt clock motor at WW Grainger for $16
http://www.grainger.com/Grainger/INTERMATIC-Time-Clock-Motor-1PNK2?Pid=search
I think you need a small star screwdriver to change clock motor

Finally, the main dial gears are steel. If timer is exposed to moisture and dirt, the gears can get rusty and that might cause dial to stall. Snap out the insides and clean out the dirt, spray a bit of WD-40. Turn off electricity because WD-40 is extremely flammable.

Up-vote if this information helped. Thanks for the feed back.

New 220 timer put in ,wont turn on.Vsiual chek working and its keeping time, switches look good but woont kick on?

I wish I knew the model number.
maybe the wiring is wrong, but different model numbers have different wiring.

I wrote a page on each the T-104 and T-1906 240V timers:
It shows the wiring for 2 common Intermatic timers
http://waterheatertimer.org/How-to-wire-T104-Intermatic-timer.html
http://waterheatertimer.org/How-to-wire-T1906-Intermatic-timer.html

Now let's troubleshoot a bit:
You say the dial is rotating around.
And the dial has tripper pins in place.
What about the manual override? Does the manual override turn lights on and off?
If manual override does not turn on the Load, then your wiring is suspect.
If manual override works, then your wiring could still be wrong by one wire.

Check your tripper pins.
Are they attached and set exactly right?
Are you using both ON trippers and OFF trippers?
1565897.jpgThe OFF tripper pushes a lever. The lever is connected to Manual override. Click manual override to see if timer can turn Load ON-and-OFF

Up-vote if this information helped. Thanks for the feedback.

I have digital programmable timers (Model DT121 and Model DT11) that will accept programs, but won't turn the attached lamps on and off at the programed times. The batterys are new and I've had them...

DT121 Manual
http://www.intermatic.com/~/media/files/intermatic/products/instructions/timers/dt121c%20-%20english.ashx

All Intermatic manuals
http://www.intermatic.com/customer%20service/instruction%20manuals.aspx

Intermatic does not show DT11
Intermatic shows the DT121 is no longer available

If the display shows and you can set programs, then the battery is good.
Does the manual override work? This indicates whether the timer on-off switch operates.
If manual override does not work, then I discovered that timers are no longer any good

Programming:
Set present time
Then set ON time for program 1
Set OFF time for program 1
Then set ON time for program 2
Set OFF time for program 2
Most timers will not function if there is a conflict in programming > for example Program 1 says ON at 6 and OFF at 7 and Program 2 says opposite or has overlapping times
When events are set, press SET once > this will put timer in RUN mode

If manual override works, and you set programming correctly, but timer does not carry out instructions, I guess the timer is no good.

Intermatic has 24 hour timers with 2 on-off per day
http://www.intermatic.com/products/timers/consumer%20indoor%20timers/lamp%20%20appliance%20timers.aspx
Intermatic has 7-day digital timers (all digital timers today are 7 day where you select the day that each program works)
