We too have the same problem but it is with the KU34513 Model it may last a whole 15 minutes max then shots off with ERR message.
We bought it after last recall. Now there is another recall. Is this a safe model? Fix or replace?
I contacted CE North America customer service regarding this issue for same unit. They suggested disconnecting for 10 minutes, then reconnecting, turning unit on, and changing settings and run fan on HIGH or TURBO until the EC code goes away. This didn't help with my unit. If this doesn't work, there is no repair provided. Customer Service recommended returning unit to purchase location if under warranty (1 year), however a copy of the original purchase receipt is required. Suggest a call to Customer Service Center at 866-915-1212.
"For the above error codes, Power the unit off, and then unplug the unit for 15 minutes. Plug in and power on. If the issue persists, please contact customer service."
