Ok then only other thing can be is that you are low on freon.

either the compressor is not running or you have a leak and are low on freon. the outside fan running does not tell you the compressor is running.

My Friends Unit is not working properly. He has a Interthermal AC unit. Model # S38C 060KA . He tells me the unit just blows air not cold air like it should.

Hello my name is Heath it will be my pleasure to assist you. The first thing to check is the filter in the furnace or air handler. Also check the inside coil to be sure its not frozen up. Does the air coming out feel cold? It sounds like the unit could be low on charge which means it has a leak and should be leak checked repaired and properly charged. You would need refrigeration gauges to put on the system in order to properly check the refrigerant charge in the system. One other thing could be a dirty condenser coil. Turn the power off to the unit and use a garden hose with a strong nozzle and spray water through the whole coil to try and blow any dirt or debris through the condenser coil in the outside unit.

I have a Intertherm split a/c heat unit. I have water leaking out of the indoor coils into the blower compartment which cause me to replace the blower unit and cap. After cleaning the coils, drain lines...

drain could be clogged not letting the water run out did you clean both under the coil and the top of the coil if you did all this I would turn system off lift coil slightly and fill pan with water afer i got it completely dry this will show you where its going

Compressor will not stay on.

very good possibility that it is low on freon. If indoor unit is blowing ambient air, not cooling is happening. If this is the case and you are sure the compressor is running and then shutting off, the compressor could be overheating and the internal overload is taking out the compressor. If outdoor fan runs and compressor runs, probably cause. If capacitor is bad, unit would most likely not run that long. While unit is running, feel the large line at the condensing unit. If it is cold, and stays cold, could be something else going on. If stays warm, most likely low on freon.

No AC from older Intertherm split system

It sounds like you are low on refridgerant. Double check to make sure both fans and the compressor are running. If so then you have a refridgerant problem.

Intertherm electric furace

It sounds like the coils are fine if you are getting heat. They are likely shutting down from overheating after being on for awhile. Check your filter and overall air flow to make sure it's adequate.

Intertherm heat pump blows hot then cold then hot

You may have a problem with a temperature safety system.  Before changing anything else, check to see if the unit is clean!!!  Dirt/dust can fool the safety system into an overtemperature status.  Inspect the heat coils for damage and dirt.  Gently clean.

I need a coil for a split unit intertherm unit I dont know the model but the moble home is a 1998

That's not going to cut it. You can't just stick a coil on a system. You will need model # of furnace and most importantly the model # of the outdoor unit in order to find a coil that is an appropriate match; otherwise, you will probably end up shooting yourself in the foot and spending alot more in the long run to fix mistakes. I recomend contating a local professional to help you.
