its in standby, try it again, if it does it repeatedly theres a problem in the switching power supply not letting it power-up to save components

You should change the Power Amplifier Output IC Named STK-412-150 and that should bring back your component alive, check speakers impedance before, hope this helps.

You should change the Power Amplifier Output IC Named STK-412-150 and that should bring back your component alive, check speakers impedance before, hope this helps.

Sony product Home theater Model HCD-HDX265 , it is not turned on after standby it display PUSH POWER PROTECTOR


Needs repair either a output ic or a diode near one of the outputs most often takes care of it. Not a job for a diy-er.
