Question about Televison & Video
Here is the troubleshooting guide:
Make sure you are plugged into the yellow jack with the video cable to the monitor or TV's video input, and that you have the right input selected on the monitor or TV's menu.
I would try any store-bought DVD disk as a test, in case there is some kind of format problem with whatever DVD you are trying to watch.
