You might wanna check your HP w22 system

Try replacing your ram with a new one or any working one

if your ram is in good condition then check your motherboard if you dont know how to trouble shoot a mother the best way to go about is to use a new one or any working one compatible to your system

I connected up vga and HDMI cables and power, etc to ASUS desktop. All inputs are without signal. If I set monitor for vga, it says no vga signal. Same if set for HDMI input: no HDMI signal.

I would check your source for why it is not sending signal rather than why the monitor is not receiving. Of course, that being said, is this a new monitor or an old one that could be shot?

HP L1950 DISPLAY MESSAGE NO DVI INPUT

in this situation, there are two options. 1.The device connected to your TV via DVI cable is off. 2. DVI cable connected to the HP L1950 is burned.
if you try to connect a device to the HP L1950, it has two ways to connect:
Input Signal - Two connectors: one 15-pin mini D-sub analog VGA and one DVI-D. Try VGA them.

No vga input

old gear. day. a 12 year old PC.'
PC stated
Monitor not, why post lacking what monitor you have.?

m7560n (what OS,XP?)
first off , the RTC battery in the PC will be dead. replace it.
no RTC coin cells last 12 year, so get a new one first.
or nothing but pain follows... i promise.
1: turn off power saver timer in the monitor usings its OSD menus.
(power saver, sleep and timers there, all off now, do so 1st.)
or do test with newer monitor.? easy no??
2: now with above eliminated from the pain, we now work the PC end.
3: next is the VGA cable, on 1/2 the desktops the rear of said desktop has 2 VGA jack, the main on the left facing the rear. and VGA #1 in the addin PCI slot, if you have 2 jacks the one in Mr. PCI slot is the only correct jack now.
4: the cable pins must not be bent on the cable, (all ends)
there are 4 jacks here 2 in cable, 1 in monitor and 1 on PC.
5 jacks for PCI expanded video, look and use only good cables and the correct jacks per your manual.

6: now power on, if the screens shows no input that that means the 2 cable sync lines are dead or video RGB is dead.
it means the cable is bad or the PC is dead. or the VGA card is dead.
most times its never the VGA chip or card bad.
7: most times it power in the PC is bad. bad power. or overheats.
ever clean this PC, if not all overheat, even in seconds.

fAN 1 IS THE PSU FAN DOES IT spin, does it blow out the rear of the PSU? or is the PSU packed in lint as all 12 year old PC are.
then the FAN#1 is the CPU fan, it must blow, must be seen and heard to blow, it most not be packed in lint either.
8: with 2 fans now blowing does the CD try eject,? now. it must on your command(button there)
can you get this far?
if you get this far we can go deeper, we can even remove shorted devices making the PSU fail and PSU is ok. ask

does your PC look like this after 12 years, sure they do.

How do I fix the error no vga input signal no dvi input signal monitor going to sleep

Check if you VGA is properly settled in the PCI slot. Try to take it out, clean the slot for dust.
If that doesn't help, it is well possible that you VGA is not working any more.

My hp pavilion slimline s3020n pc is on but cannot view on the screen it says on the monitor VGA: no input signal

Check the video cable connectors, remove the video connectors and reconnect them again.
Check the monitor input settings make sure the input is set to VGA and not to DVI.
Try a different monitor.

Trying to connect Lenovo IdeaCentre desktop to HP w1907, monitor keeps popping up the message like " no input signal' on VGA or DVI, DVI is always checked as default. Then going to sleep right away. Push...

wow no OS stated, nor model of Lenovo.... (so generic answers)
i guess you have no manuals on any of this. right>?
is this HP question, if the HP monitor works on other PC its ok.
so end HP worry. (my guess is HP is OK, totally) 19"LCD is OK.

leaving what, LENOVO.!! (unnamed? a stinkpad?)
this is a HP forum, so cant tell the hot key for External VGA
on any Lenovo. but you can RTM the book on it. easy.

that HP VGA monitor message means.
1 thing, the 3 video and 2 sync lines are dead.
in non geek means the VIDEO CABLE IS DEAD.
try running the PC in F8 mode this puts WINDOWS< (is it./)
in to LOW RES mode (poor) and all monitors work there.
all. (last 25 years)
if still dead, you need to use the hot key to turn on VGA, on all laptops
my HP laptop as 3 modes, VGA on , VGA off and AUTO.
nice no? that AUTO.'
The PnP wakes up the port. is that magic.

The VGA port must work, and the LCD both.

is this one of those beasts called an all-inone desk top
than name you used tells the helper nothing
as that name used for many form factors.
all in one
regular desk tops.
and more.even pocket pc.
now idea at all what you have (hp is clear on that end=)

I have a HP s3020n slimline the pc is running but not sending any signal to the monitor

Well... try un-plugging the VGA cable... ie., the monitor cable behind the tower...... if u get a message on screen saying No VGA Input... can confirm there is no issues with the monitor...

if you are using graphic card in computer unplug that and connect the VGA cable to normal display card came along with the computer and try...

or if you have another monitor... u can try connecting that to the tower which is not sending the signal to monitor and try....

even then you get the same problem... get an new graphic card... (if you dont have other monitor try with new graphic card)
