Question about Computers & Internet
I have a ulak wireless keyboard and am having trouble connecting it to my Samsung Galaxy 10.1 N8013. I have turned on the bluetooth on the tablet and it does not find the keyboard. There was no instruction manual included with the keyboard.

a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.

I just went through this 30 minutes ago.
When you are asked for the passkey, click on generate passkey or choose one for me.
a passkey will appear on the computer
enter this passkey on the keyboard then press enter.
they should connect and pair properly.

Try looking in your bluetooth places and see if you can add the keyboard by itself, if not remove the mouse/keyboard and try re-adding them both as a pair.
