Hi,
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.

the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of.(from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones)

SOURCE: My MacBook pro often struggles

Question 1: how old is the mac book? If its very old, it may be a problem of age... sounds stupid, but old machines can give up the ghost. If its really dusty where the fan intake is... the build up of dust could cause an over heating problem... try cleaning the vents with a hoover and some gas air. question 2: is it running from mains power or battery? if its running on battery alone.. it could be a weak battery that needs replacing. failing all of these... take it to your local dealer and get them to give it a look over. if you dont wanna do that... time to invest in a new machine possibly. good luck

Reiniciar el equipo

Normal restart: select restart from the apple menu, or press the power key (the sleep/restart/shutdown dialog appears), then click the restart button or press the "r" key.
Forced restart (use only if the computer crashes or freezes): Press simultaneously the Apple, Control and power keys.
Forced shutdown (use only if the computer won't respond to anything, not even a forced restart): Press and hold the power button on the computer until the computer shuts off.

Hello pegharding!

To reset the iPhone or iPod Touch, press and hold down the Sleep/Wake button and the Home button simultaneously at the same time for at least ten seconds, then the LCD display will clear and the Apple logo appears on the black background. When Apple logo appears, reset is done.
