Question about Cell Phones
Hello John/Felicia Hamilton,
There are a multitude of scenarios that can cause your phone to "lose service". I have found that the most productive way to restore cellphone service to you device is to simply go into your setting, set your device into "airplane mode", count to 20, and turn airplane mode off.
If this does not work, attempt to remove your sin card (Only if it is easily accessible, if it isn't then please do not disturb your Sim and cause any further damage.) Once the Sim is removed, count to 10, and reinsert it.
If neither of these work, then your SIM card reader could be malfunctioning, and is no longer able to render your sim. Or, your SIM card is worn and no longer able to render your service.

best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
