Have you tried another video card? Or even another monitor? If not, could be the motherboard especially if the video card is integrated into the motherboard.

When i turn On my PC this thing shows in the monitor. <300 XT BIOS P/N 113-A33437-102

Open the case, loosen the 2 screws holding the black plastic casingon the cooling tower over the CPU. Carefully remove, or tilt back to reveal cooling tower radiator and coil.
If there is a layer of dust built up (like there was on mine); carefully vacuum clean the radiator, cooling tower unit, fan and all other surrounding areas. Clean any residue from tower-to-CPU contact area.
Vacuum entire PC inside and out. Remove, reseat, vacuum video card. Reseat storage drive cables reseat the memory sticks, close it up and plug it back in start computer.

My Acer Aspire M5100 get power but will not turn on

Does the CPU fan come on ?
Does the power lead that plugs into the cpu fan on the motherboard supply the required voltage ?
This one is a bit harder and once you check it you most likely need to apply thermal paste - but is there sufficient thermal paste between the CPU and the heat sink on the CPU ?
Does the power supply box in the tower case have its fan spinning when power on ?
Is the motherboard bent ?
I have seen this one - poor installation with different sized mounting screws. When motherboard gets hot the motherboard went faulty.
Some motherboards need a rubber insulator under the screw maybe there is a short under one of the mounting screws !

When I try to start the computer I turn on the tower, then the monitor and while the blue light on the tower lights up the monitor say VGA no Input and DVI no Input. All cable are plugged in and the...

so the computer is dead, you never said dead. word
only video not working sometimes, (implied not stated clear)
Desktops are most easy PC in the word to diagnose and fix.

the monitor did not lie, there is no video sync, there for no video possible and then mon, goes to sleep mode,

we call that the black screen of *****.
black means the PC never texts or shows grapics ever.
that message you say is from the monitors brain and not the PC brain. dig?
steps:
1: PC not packed in lint ,stalling all those fans.; inside.
2: The PSU fan runs, and must pin and blow are (look it its grills)
if not the PSU is bad, or the is a short inside.(overloaded)
3: the CPU fan must spin and blow air (yes inside) an fins not packed in lent.,
4: CD/dvd eject button work>? PC on>)
5: HDD heard to spin?

the goal is to get BIOS working, (even with HDD removed BIOS works) so that is why a tech uses this rule to test any PC.
the bios keys are F10 or ESC, old to new PC.
if you hammer this key the screen will show BIOS.
there are many things to prevent the video card to work
do you have a video card there, does PC have 2 DVI jacks on the rear.? i cant see it so. cant advise you easy

see the 20 steps here, im not going to repeat them all
all are valid.

I have boot issue after turn on just come to black screen. Thanks

Hi,
Please check if all the cables are plugged in properly, if yes, then remove the video cable( vga cable with the blue plug) from the back of your monitor and check if you are getting monitor self test or if the monitor shows anything. If you do see something the monitor is fine, then please check if the cpu fan is running is running or not. If the fan is running then you would need to reseat the memory and check if it helps.
If you can open up the tower and a bit technical savvy then please let me know I'll guide with the detailed troubleshooting, in case if you are not then you would need to check with a local technician.

Hope it Helps
Thanks and Regards

My monitor has kicked into sleep mode and won't "wake up".

Unplug all the Cables from Compaq Presario 5103 CL and leave the Keyboard, mouse and monitor cable pluged in.

Now make sure the power cable of the monitor should be pluged in and the power cable of the tower should be pluged in.

Now to check if the montor is fine just unplug the video cable only which will show no input signal on the screen. If it shows this signal the monitor is fine. Plug back in the video cable.

If the monitor is going to sleep mode it might be possible that the old computer ( Compaq Presario 5103 CL ) is in stand by mode. hit any key on the keyboard and it should come back .

If it is not in the stand by mode then do one thing. Check the same monitor with the new computer. If it is working. Perfect ..!

Do one thing now ..!

Unplug all the cables from your old system and then press the power button for 30 sec and let it go. Now plug the keyboard, mouse and the monitor try again.
If it works Perfect. If not ..!

Then you need to open the tower and check on the processor FAN is it running..? If its not running you will not get the display as the fan is responsible for the display on the screen. Otherwise...!

Check the Tower possibly the Tower is not getting the power.

Try these steps and let me know If it works

If the CD drive door won't open, odds are that at least you know the drive is without power. Have you had the case opened up at all? With what you've described here your computer needs the tender, loving care of a technician.

Monitor not Running(shows only orange light)

Unplug everything from the motherboard leaving only processor, fan and memory and try to boot up. It will take you to bios screen halt after looking for boot device. If it uses a video card, make sure video card is properly inserted. Then start plugging in hard drive and other devices if system comes up.
