sounds like the injector sleeve O rings have failed this was common.
if you put a clear plastic piece of hose on supply line for diesel fuel filter to head fitting at front and fuel is not black but normal diesel colour thats good.
then put clear hose on return line fitting at rear of cylinder head and fuel is now darker, engine oil is by passing injector sleeve top O rings and entering into fuel gallery in head.
rocker cover, injector rail, injectors need removing and injector sleeves need replacing as well as O rings and seats.
a special tool is needed to remove the injector sleeves out of the head. you will also need to drain the cooling system before removing the injector sleeves, so coolant is also needed.
dealers have special tool for injector sleeves

Engine rebuild

Bummer. Usually you need to drop the oil pan, pull the rod and piston out, replace the sleeve, and use a ring comprssor to get the piston back into the cylinder and then put it all back together EXACTLY how it came apart including position on the sleeves, rods and bearings. I have not done this on a VW but I do not see this being much different than any other car that I have worked on. No matter what it will be a huge pain in the ***.

Can head bolts be changed one at a time with out removing head on crf 450x

Yes, you can do this, but this won't resolve the stretching problem.
Actually the tread is gone in the alumni cylinder, you can try a longer bolt, if you have enough room for this. You can buy a tread repair insert and fix the tread.

How to replace 2006 dodge stratus cigarette lighter cylinder

The lighter base is held on with a threaded sleeve from the back. You would need to get access to the back of the socket to remove it.
You can look at a new part to see how the sleeve is attached.

CS440 treads in cylinder head for spark plug appear to be stripped. Treads chasing tool doesn't help. Is there a way to re-tap the head and insert a sleeve to repair this wonderful saw? Any...

A good machine shop will fit a 14mm heli coil into the torn threads, this will make it as good as new, in most cases stronger than the original thread.

The treads for my spark plugs are striped, and I can't find a tool long enough to fix them.

There is a tool specially designed for that job, Spark Plug Tread Restorer, it is sold at most auto parts stores for under $5.
Good Luck!! Don't forget to rate this post!!

Glow plug end stuck in cylinder head

If the piece with all the tread's on it has screwed out then a punch will put it out if their are some of the tread's left on the piece broken in then you will have to bore it out. You will need to remove the cylinder head regardless as the piece stuck in when you remove it will fall into the cylinder and the only way to get it out it through the cylinder head.
